Terms of Service — StageRage
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of StageRage, an app and service operated by Sebastjan Zavrl s.p., MGLightning, Podreča 126, 4211 Mavčiče, Slovenia. By using StageRage, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity carried out through it.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep it current, and do not share credentials or bypass access controls. Some features are restricted by subscription, platform role, or active-tour, coordinator, or workspace membership, and some depend on server-side configuration and may be unavailable. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with law.
You may enable two-factor authentication and browser push notifications. Your display name appears to other players in game rooms and on public leaderboards, and to members of tours, coordinators, and channels you join. You remain responsible for keeping your device, email account, and browser storage secure, especially when using a shared computer.
3. Community content and conduct
Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience. You must not post unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, malicious, spam, or commercially manipulative content; impersonate another person or venue; manipulate ratings, tags, votes, claims, rankings, or game results; scrape or automate access without permission; or interfere with the service or its security. These rules apply equally to text, uploaded media, voice messages, and live voice speech in community and shared-workspace areas.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis to post content or add personal data about other people. Do not publish access codes, booking references, passport/identity data, health data, or other sensitive information in public or shared areas.
3A. Games, lobbies, and leaderboards
StageRage offers arcade games and real-time multiplayer rooms (for example chess, battleship, cable race, connect four, and single-player score games). Reading game pages and leaderboards is public; playing requires an account. In a room, your display name and moves are visible to the other players, and your presence in the room is indicated while connected. Waiting rooms may be filled by a server-side bot after a countdown; bots are marked as such and excluded from leaderboards.
Arcade leaderboard entries rank only scores that a server recomputed from the recorded event replay of your run. You must not cheat, exploit bugs, submit forged or replayed runs, use automation to play, request or accept deliberate score-throwing, or otherwise manipulate rooms, invites, rematch flows, rate limits, or rankings. Rate-limit enforcement messages may show your display name to the other players in your room. Offline and local-practice modes are unranked and never submitted to a room or leaderboard.
Room join codes may be shared with people you choose; you are responsible for who you invite. Game rooms, moves, and verified scores persist as game records even after a match ends. We may remove content, unrank results, or restrict game access where fair-play or other Terms breaches occur.
4. Content visibility, licence, and removal
You retain ownership of your content. For content you submit, you grant StageRage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute, and moderate it only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. The licence for public content continues to the extent necessary for archived, cached, or de-identified community records; private workspace content is used only to provide the feature unless you share or publish it.
You may delete content where the feature offers a delete control. Account deletion de-identifies certain public contributions rather than removing community history. We may remove, restrict, de-rank, or preserve content when required for safety, legal compliance, disputes, or enforcement of these Terms.
5. Moderation, reporting, and appeals
We use user reports, automated abuse and fair-play safeguards, and human review to enforce these Terms. Automated tools can flag or temporarily block content, including text submitted for toxicity screening, files submitted for safety checks, and game submissions verified against server-side replays. We may issue a warning, remove content, limit visibility or features, suspend an account, or take another proportionate measure depending on the circumstances.
To report allegedly illegal content or a Terms violation, email [email protected] with the content URL, the reason for the report, and enough detail to assess it. To appeal a moderation or account decision, reply to the notice or email the same address with the decision and your explanation. We review reports and appeals diligently and may provide a decision explanation where appropriate or legally required.
6. Shared tours, coordinators, and professional data
Tour and coordinator owners and authorised members control access within their shared workspace. Before adding a crew member, guest, contact, travel booking, hotel booking, equipment record, or other third-party data, you must have authority to do so and must use the data only for legitimate touring or production purposes. StageRage is not an employer, carrier, booking agent, customs broker, or venue operator.
6A. Event audience analytics
Where a visitor separately opts in to product analytics, an event creator may see aggregate event-page views and ticket-link clicks for events they created. These figures are operational indicators, not ticket-sale records, attendance verification, advertising attribution, or a guarantee of audience size. They may be incomplete because analytics is optional, privacy-protective, rate-limited, and may be blocked by browser or network settings.
Creators must not attempt to identify, contact, profile, or make decisions about individual visitors from these aggregate figures. The detailed privacy terms, retention, and withdrawal choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
6B. Venue owner insights
Verified venue owners, approved legacy claimants, and administrators may see aggregate opted-in venue-page views plus totals derived from events at that venue. Ticket interest rate means aggregate ticket-link clicks divided by aggregate event-page views; average event reach means opted-in event-page views divided by published events. These figures do not identify visitors and do not measure ticket sales, attendance, dwell time, or general-session engagement.
7. Professional tools and safety
Loader Helper (including its camera label scanner), load-plan editing, stage plots, riders, RF coordination, maps, routes, weather, flight information, exports, tuning and sound tools, and any future technical tools are planning aids only. They are not engineering certification, legal clearance, a live RF spectrum scan, a substitute for venue or carrier requirements, or a substitute for a qualified professional's inspection and judgement.
You must independently verify dimensions, weights, restraints, load distribution, support, route restrictions, local radio-spectrum rules, equipment tuning-band labels, licensing, frequencies, venue conditions, safety requirements, and all operational decisions before acting. Never rely on a tool output as the sole basis for a safety-critical, transport, RF-transmission, customs, travel, or production decision.
Microphone and camera features activate the device only after you start them, through your browser's permission prompt. The Instrument Tuner and Sound Meter analyse audio locally in your browser. The Loader Helper label scanner decodes QR/barcode labels on your device and sends only the decoded label token, not video. You control permissions through your browser or device and may revoke them at any time. Do not use a camera or microphone feature to record people, conversations, restricted areas, confidential production material, or personal data unless you have all necessary authority, notices, and consents. If you choose to upload any resulting media, the upload and sharing rules in these Terms and the Privacy Policy apply.
The dBA/dBC Sound Meter is an awareness tool only. It is not a certified IEC 61672 Class 1 or Class 2 sound level meter, legal-compliance meter, or noise dosimeter. Do not use it as the sole basis for occupational exposure, venue-limit, hearing-protection, regulatory, contractual, or safety decisions; use a calibrated certified instrument where such measurement is required.
If you choose to save a Sound Meter calibration, StageRage stores the calibration offset with a one-way identifier for that browser microphone-processing path so it can be restored to your account. Sound measurements, LAeq history, and raw audio remain on your device.
7A. Chat audio and live voice
Push-to-talk voice messages in tour and coordinator chats are recorded on your device and then stored privately for the members of that channel. Live voice channels relay microphone audio in real time between connected members of your own tour or coordinator; the feature may be unavailable depending on server configuration, and StageRage does not record or transcribe live-room audio. Others can still record the conversation on their own equipment, so do not say anything in a channel you would not accept being recorded by a participant.
Where a manager bridges a live-voice channel to radio or intercom, everyone on both sides should know the channel is connected; the person adding the bridge is responsible for giving that notice. Live voice and chat audio are coordination aids and are not a safety-critical or emergency communication system. Use your venue's or production's designated emergency channels for emergencies.
8. Third-party services and AI
StageRage may connect to payment, map, weather, flight, translation, voice-relay, AI, storage, and tour-management services. Those services have their own terms and availability. Their information and AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Verify critical information directly with the airline, venue, authority, provider, or qualified professional before acting.
9. Subscriptions and payments
Stage Operations Pro subscriptions and paid purchases are processed through Creem. Creem presents the applicable price, tax, payment method, order confirmation, and receipt at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise the applicable recurring charge. Legacy subscriptions billed through PayPal remain managed through PayPal until you move them to Creem, and optional one-time support payments are also processed by PayPal.
10. Cancellation, refunds and right of withdrawal
Cancel a subscription. You may cancel a monthly or annual Stage Operations Pro subscription at any time through the Creem billing portal linked from your StageRage profile; legacy PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled from your profile or directly in your PayPal account's autopay settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refund requests. Contact [email protected] with the email used at checkout and your Creem or PayPal order or receipt reference. We will assess duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, material service failures that we cannot remedy, and other requests under applicable law and the payment provider's process. Where a refund is due or approved, the payment provider processes it to the original payment method where possible. Banking or payment-provider processing times are outside StageRage's control.
Change-of-mind refunds. Because Stage Operations Pro is supplied as an immediately available digital service, we do not promise an automatic pro-rata or change-of-mind refund after any statutory withdrawal period. This does not limit a refund, price reduction, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
EU/EEA and Slovenian consumers. If you are a consumer and mandatory law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may exercise it within the applicable period (normally 14 days from conclusion for a digital-service contract). At checkout, we ask you to expressly request immediate performance. Where law permits, a proportionate amount may be payable for the service supplied before a valid withdrawal; we will not treat a right as waived unless all legal conditions for that result have been met.
How to withdraw. Email the address above with an unambiguous statement that you withdraw from the Stage Operations Pro contract. You may use this optional form:
To: Sebastjan Zavrl s.p., MGLightning, [email protected]
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for Stage Operations Pro.
Order/receipt reference: [reference] · Ordered on: [date] · Name: [name] · Email used at checkout: [email] · Date: [date]
Mandatory rights worldwide. Consumer-protection rules vary by country and may provide rights in addition to this policy. Nothing here excludes mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to non-conforming digital services, billing errors, or unfair subscription practices.
11. Intellectual property
StageRage, its software, design, branding, and original content (including news articles we publish) are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party assets and services remain subject to their respective licences and terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the service or its content beyond what these Terms and applicable law permit.
Paid tools are delivered with licence protection: the browser proves your entitlement with a signed token tied to your account and this browser installation, and tools refuse to run on websites that are not StageRage. Do not copy, re-host, embed, or run StageRage tooling on other sites or applications, or attempt to disable, circumvent, or spoof these licence and security checks. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and of intellectual-property law.
11A. Public pages and automated discovery
StageRage permits well-behaved search and AI training crawlers to access the public pages identified in our robots.txt, and may submit the addresses of newly published public pages to IndexNow for faster discovery. This permission does not extend to account areas, private workspaces, private documents, authenticated APIs, rate-limit evasion, bulk extraction of personal data, or any access that bypasses technical controls. Public content may be indexed, summarized, or used to help users discover StageRage; private content remains protected by access controls.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageRage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. User content and third-party information are not independently verified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageRage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for losses caused by reliance on user content, third-party information, tool outputs, game results, or unauthorised use of your account. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify StageRage and its operators against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful content, misuse of the service, or breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent caused by StageRage's own unlawful conduct.
14. Changes, termination, and governing law
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes may also be notified in the app or by email. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable EU law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or other mandatory rights that apply to you.
15. Contact
For Terms questions, content reports, appeals, or legal notices, contact Sebastjan Zavrl s.p., MGLightning, Podreča 126, 4211 Mavčiče, Slovenia, at [email protected].
