STAGERAGE PRODUCTION TOOLS

Company dashboard

The company dashboard is for touring and rental companies that run cases, trucks and crew from spreadsheets and group chats.

One workspace for your warehouse, vehicles and crew

Gear, vehicles and crew details end up in different spreadsheets and chats, and nobody is sure which copy is current. The company dashboard keeps them in one place that the whole company can open.

What it does

  • Warehouse and cases

    Available

A register of cases and equipment with locations, labels, counts and a ledger of what moved.

  • Fleet and vehicles

    Available

A list of the company’s vehicles, with load kits and routes for planning what goes on which truck.

  • Tours and crew roster

    Available

Who is in the company, who is on tour and who is away, with company tours that the right people can plan.

  • Load scanning

    Available

Scan labels during a load or unload to see progress and what is missing before the truck leaves.

  • Reports and exports

    Available

Utilisation, close-out, and valuation reports, with the records exportable as CSV or Excel.

Optional, off unless your company turns them on

  • Vehicle arrival

Tracking units fitted to vehicles note when a vehicle reaches or leaves a saved venue. No driver is recorded.

  • Vehicle map

If the owner chooses, the last known position of each unit, replaced every few minutes and removed after 24 hours.

  • Driver phones

A driver who consents can share a company vehicle’s position from their phone while a session runs. Foreground only, hands-free after start, last known position only.

Privacy

What is collected depends on which optional features your company turns on, and each one needs the company owner’s choice and, for people, their own agreement. StageRage never keeps a track or history of positions. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Frequently asked questions

What is the company dashboard?
A signed-in workspace where a touring or rental company keeps its warehouse and case register, its vehicles, its crew roster and its load scans in one place, instead of in spreadsheets and group chats.
Who can use it?
A company has an owner, members and employees. The owner creates the company and invites everyone else. Owners and members manage the company’s records; employees have a narrower role for day-to-day work.
Can I export my data?
Yes. A company’s records can be downloaded as CSV or Excel files, and a valuation and insurance report is available.
Does StageRage track my location?
Vehicle arrival uses tracking units fitted to vehicles, not people’s phones, to note that a vehicle reached or left a saved venue. If the owner chooses, the company can see the last known position of each vehicle’s tracking unit, replaced every few minutes and removed after 24 hours. Driver phones: if your company offers it and you consent, you can start a sharing session on a company vehicle. The phone shares its position only while that session runs.
Can my employer see where I am at all times?
No. StageRage never keeps a track or a history of positions. Only the last known position of a vehicle is kept, and only while a driver’s sharing session is running; it is deleted when the session ends.
Can I turn driver location off?
Yes. Withdraw your consent in Privacy settings and any running session stops at once. Your employer decides whether to offer the feature, and you can refuse it.
Can location be used for disciplinary decisions?
StageRage is not built for that, and the Terms limit how a company may use vehicle positions. Check the Terms of Service for the exact rules.
How long is data kept?
Company records are kept while the company exists. Some items have shorter periods, for example equipment lines taken from a rider are deleted after 12 months. The retention section of the Privacy Policy lists the periods.
